i love being outside.
i love moving through the neighbourhood.
i love animals who live entirely in the moment.

walking a dog reminds me what presence actually feels like.
they are good teachers and i keep showing up.

puppies and elderly dogs. small dogs and big. i grew up with a vet for a father. animals have always been a part of my life.

HOW IT WORKS
