corporate lunch & learns

if your team is stressed and overwhelmed

…there’s no space for innovation, creative thinking and problem solving. Your team may feel burnt out, mentally unwell and resentful. As a result, you are receiving a fraction of the best work your team is capable of and a work environment filled with friction.

Offer your team a break from the insanity with an hour of space and time to connect with themselves and each other in a calm, safely held environment.

Every lunch & learn will use process-lead creativity to access and strengthen your team’s relationship to under-utilized parts of their skill set.

topics to consider:

Embracing Chaos

Chaos and uncertainty are part of modern work—but most people haven’t practiced staying grounded inside them. For this hour, participants practice staying creatively centered in messiness — building adaptability, presence, and capacity to lead through ambiguity.

Outcomes: Innovation under pressure, emotional regulation, leadership resilience.

Secret Scribbling

In highly structured environments, people struggle to express what’s really going on—especially emotions, concerns, and gut instincts. In this session, participants gain private, pressure-free outlets to process stress, reflect honestly, and unlock clarity—fuelling personal resilience and clearer team communication.

Outcomes: Mental wellness, burnout prevention, communication, emotional regulation.

Perfection Antidote

Perfectionism kills innovation—people overthink, stall out, and play small to avoid being wrong. During this hour your team learns to move through creative discomfort, unlocking bolder ideas, faster action, and more authentic contributions.

Outcomes: Innovation, agility, psychological safety, reduced stress.

Colour Your Intuition

Reactive decision-making is forcing people to disconnect from their inner wisdom. In this lunch & learn, employees sharpen their intuitive skills and leave with grounded, sensory tools to make aligned, confident choices.

Outcomes: Resilience, better decision-making under pressure, emotional intelligence.

Permission to Play

Without play, teams lose creative confidence, curiosity, and connection. Rekindle joy and spontaneity, boosting morale, team cohesion, and creative risk-taking for participants in this playful session.

Outcomes: Team connection, engagement, creative problem-solving.

Breathing Room for Innovation

Constant urgency and overstimulation short-circuit creative thinking—leading to burnout, stagnation, and tunnel vision. This session offers your employees a chance to feel mentally reset, re-energized, and open to fresh solutions they couldn’t access in “go mode.”

Outcomes: Innovation, burnout prevention, adaptability, psychological safety.

Each 60 minute lunch & learn is held online via video call.

Your Host

Hey, I’m your host Wendy Woods!

I graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. My post-graduate career started in sales at IBM and moved into the world of entrepreneurship as a successful image consultant. Well respected in the industry, other image consultants hired me to guide them, while media outlets like the BBC, Forbes and Vogue relied on me for expert advise.

Ready to dive deeper into self-exploration I transitioned from image consulting to engaging with process art to help myself and others uncover the full spectrum of their being.

I’m known for creating warm, playful, welcoming spaces where people feel safe to relax and express themselves.

I have the knowledge and experience of a high-powered business person with the down-to-earth nature of an artist. I bring this range with me everywhere I go.
