you've been putting yourself last

You wake up already behind. There's a moment—maybe in the shower, maybe driving to work—where you think, "I can't keep doing this."

But then the day starts. The emails. The meetings. Everyone who needs something from you. And that quiet voice gets buried under everything else.

By the end of the day, you're too tired to even remember what you needed. You’re so full of everyone else's needs, there's no room left for your own.

The Circle gives you space to pay attention to that voice—and it starts before the day buries you.

where we start

The Circle starts at 8am for a reason.

Not because it's convenient. Because it's not.

Because choosing 8am—before work, before everyone else's needs, before you've "earned" it—is an important practice.

Two Thursday mornings per month, you’ll gather in circle to release what’s weighing you down. Not at the end of the day when you're depleted. At the beginning. Because you matter first.

what happens

We meet six times over three months for 90 minutes of embodied practices, communal witnessing, and being with what’s true for you.

This isn't solo work. When we gather, something shifts. The combined energy of people releasing together creates a field that's bigger than any one of us. One person's breakthrough gives permission for another. Someone's tears unlock someone else's exhale. The group holds what's too heavy to carry alone.

You could journal by yourself. You could move alone in your living room. But there's an alchemy that happens when we do this together—a momentum you simply can’t access in isolation.

There’s no recording. No fixing. No performing. Just space to feel what's true in the moment and let it move through you—amplified by the energy of others doing the same.

You don't need creative talent. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up and let the group energy do what it does.

You'll leave lighter. More spacious. Less alone.

Because you weren't alone. You were witnessed. Held. Part of something bigger.

And you'll carry that spaciousness—and the memory of being held—into the rest of your day, your week, your life.

what becomes possible

When you release what isn’t yours, you make space.

Space for what you actually need.

Space to remember who you are and what you want—not what everyone else wants from you or for you.

Space to hear the quiet voice that's been buried.

You make space for the you being crushed under all the weight.

The Circle
is for you if:

  • You're exhausted from holding it all together

  • You're ready to put yourself first—not last, not after you've "earned" it—even if it feels uncomfortable

  • Breathing room—for your nervous system to settle and your thoughts to clear—sounds idyllic

  • You're curious about the feeling of being witnessed instead of being fixed or judged

  • You sense sharing in community might hold something solo work doesn't

it isn't for you if:

  • You're looking for advice or solutions

  • You need crisis support or clinical care

  • You're not ready to rearrange your morning to prioritize yourself

This is the beginning.

Hey, I’m Wendy and I know what it's like to carry what isn't yours. To put yourself last. To wait for permission to take care of yourself.

At a time in my life when everything looked “perfect”, I hit rock bottom. I was reaching external goals at the expense of my internal sanity. I needed space to remember who I was underneath the performance.

The Circle is the space I wish I'd had.

This work is informed by 25 years of learning through living—presence, connection, and what it means to be human. I’m a student of A Course in Miracles and "The Work" by Byron Katie.

You already hold all the answers you seek.

My job is to create space so you can hear them.

 FAQs

  • Life happens. If you miss a session, you're still part of the container. There are no recordings (for confidentiality), but the work continues integrating until you return.

  • No creative talent or experience needed. This work is about feeling, not performing. You'll be guided through everything.

  • Yes. Being witnessed doesn't mean talking. You could spend your time silently considering and be fully present. Words may arise in the silence, or they may not. Both are welcome.

  • Yes. What's shared in circle stays in circle. Sessions are not recorded.

  • A quiet space where you can move and make sounds if you wish. Something simple to make marks with (a pen or crayon will do) and paper.

a note about organizations

If you're navigating an organizational culture that rewards self-sacrifice and punishes boundaries, individual inner work is essential—AND the system needs to shift with you.

I work with organizations to examine what they've been rewarding and how to build cultures where people don't have to break themselves to belong.
